Develop content model and specifications for encoding that content using GeoSciML Borehole encodings, and a simple  flat/simple feature view scheme for. Content is to create catalog of boreholes with links to other information resources associated with borehole. Debate is whether there should be ISO19115/19139 metadata records for this or a separate borehole service. Current working plan is a borehole service listed in the catalog, and the borehole service includes more specific kinds of geoscience search criteria (produced fluid, formation at TD...) that are easy to accommodate in the standard metadata.
